• Phone results to ordering physicians, reading back critical values to confirm they landed
• Walk new Health Information Technician hires through Civic Innovation Lab's Creativity workflow during their first 7 weeks
• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity, escalating make-it-better cases to the on-call provider without delay
