Qualifications

• 6+ years of copywriting-focused agency experience.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical agency experience.
• Consumer-focused campaign samples to share inclusive of broadcast and onset experience.
• A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment as displayed in a strong book of work to share.
• Successful client contact experience and ability to grow business organically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative work with the Creative Directors to address performance, workflow, and quality issues and plan for team growth.
• Inspire creative teams to produce exceptional concepts and final work for healthcare clients.
• Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and direction.
• Ensure presentations to clients meet high professional standards and align with strategy.
• Manage workload and deadlines to maximize productivity and billable hours.
