HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Health Planner in the Houston area to advance our Health practice. You will apply evidence-based design to integrate clinical, operational, and facility planning aligned with strategic objectives.

Required are robust health-architecture credentials, 12+ years of related experience, and strong leadership and client presentation skills. A job fit includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture and architectural registration.
• Minimum 12 years related experience in health architecture.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects and pursuits.
• Engage in problem solving, teamwork, and visualization to create accurate drawings.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and health planning narratives.
• Research and design building projects applying codes and materials knowledge.
• Mentor junior staff in health planning practices.
