Job summary

CalOptima Health in Orange, CA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Covered California program. You will lead analysis, design, and implementation for enrollment and premium billing, collaborating with Operations, IT, Finance and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/healthcare or related field and 3+ years of health care analytics, with experience in regulatory compliance, data reporting, and cross-functional project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, information systems or related field.
3+ years of experience supporting system implementations or operational process improvement in health care operations, enrollment, billing, finance or business analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, development, implementation and support of Covered California enrollment and premium billing functions.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Service and external partners to analyze needs and translate them into requirements.
Develop reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Translate regulatory requirements into clear procedures and test scenarios; coordinate UAT and defect resolution.
