Job summary

ArchWell Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Membership Consultant to grow our patient base and evangelize our care values within the community. You will engage directly with seniors, organize events, and build partnerships with referral sources to drive enrollment.

The role blends direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales with community engagement. Prior Medicare Advantage or senior-focused sales experience is helpful but not required, and relocation is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or community relations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required.
• Experience with health plans, brokers, or providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives new patient enrollment by developing relationships across direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community channels.
• Meets seniors and groups in homes, centers, houses of worship to promote ArchWell Health to potential patients.
• Plans and coordinates local events to reach medically underserved Medicare-eligible seniors.
• Cultivates relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers, and senior housing providers.
• Collaborates with Community Relations on initiatives with officials and local businesses to drive patient growth.
• Works with health plan agents to enroll prospective patients in accepted plans.
• Uses Salesforce and other sales tools to manage prospects and document interactions.
• Provides monthly activity calendar and penetration plans for target sub-markets and channels.
• Engages with new patients after first appointment to support retention and address concerns.
• Travel limited to local market (under 10%).
