Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Consultant to support Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives in the United States. The role includes technical and functional expertise to configure, document, and support deliverables effectively.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting solution development, managing project documentation, and collaborating with project teams to meet client needs. Required qualifications include 2–5 years of relevant experience and US citizenship, with preferences for familiarity with Oracle and Workday platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant HCM functional, technical, or enterprise application role.
• Experience supporting software implementation, system configuration, or business process improvement.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust.
