Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant to drive revenue for our workforce operating platform. You will develop sales strategies, meet with prospects, attend events, and manage onboarding with implementation teams.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales and frequent CRM updates in Hubspot; travel up to 25% is possible. Base salary is $70,000 with opportunity for additional earnings through incentives and stock awards.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales role or related experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a successful sales strategy to grow revenue and achieve quota
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and existing clients to promote our products
• Join and attend networking events and industry specific groups to develop new leads
• Update our CRM system (Hubspot) in a timely manner with your daily activities
• Submit accurate and complete paperwork to implementation and work with implementation throughout the new client onboarding process to ensure a successful onboarding for clients
• Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and schedule future activities in Hubspot to ensure timely future follow up
• Adhere to and live Inova Core Values in daily activities.
