Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Electrical/Test Engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Diligent, quick learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experienced in collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing teams.
• Skilled in developing automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Familiar with MATLAB, Simulink, and Cameo.
• Background in nuclear power plant design and operation and MIL standards is a plus
• Knowledge of actuator products and control systems is a plus
• Experience with product qualification at independent testing laboratories is desirable

Responsibilities

• Analyze embedded military systems to define and implement effective test methods.
• Design and develop test environments, fixtures, and equipment.
• Author and maintain detailed test procedures, reports, and documentation.
• Plan, oversee, and execute qualification and production testing.
• Provide Design for Testability input and support design reviews.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Test and provide necessary training.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and status reporting for assigned tasks.
• Specify and evaluate supplier components and test-related services.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet technical, cost, and schedule goals.
