Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer for Anduril Cyber, focused on embedded and mission software integration and rigorous test design across software, hardware, and RF labs in the Washington, DC area.

You will develop automated validation workflows, contribute to regression coverage, and collaborate with hardware, FPGA, DSP, and software engineers to ensure release readiness and field readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in automated test and validation using Python, Bash, Robot Framework, or comparable tooling.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD‑backed regression systems, preferably with GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on familiarity with RF and hardware test equipment such as signal generators, analyzers, switch matrices, power systems, or environmental chambers.
• Ability to translate requirements into concrete test procedures, fixture/harness designs, coverage maps, and objective pass/fail evidence.
• Comfort working across Linux systems, networking, infrastructure, and hardware interfaces while debugging integrated failures.
• Strong defect‑triage instincts and the ability to reproduce, isolate, and clearly communicate technical issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in evidence capture, traceability, and release readiness.

US Salary Range

$146,000—$194,000 USD
