Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP Certification required or preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing projects and driving produc­tion improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from final design to high‑volume production and delivery.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Operations to refine production ecosystems and workflows.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback and ensure revisions are production‑friendly.
• Manage product revisions and ensure updates are integrated without stalling production.
• Act as primary technical contact for resolving production‑stalling issues on the floor.
• Coordinate logistics to field deployment and ensure customer‑specific requirements are met.
