Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Aerospace Engineering required; 5–15 years of related experience depending on degree level (BS + 9–15 YRS or MS + 7–13 YRS).
Security clearance required upon conversion to FTE.
Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest Disclosure (CRX-014-1), Criminal Background Check & Drug Test, Non-Employee Citizenship ID Verification (ID.me) / US Person Confirmation / PIIA.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach electrical and mechanical engineers.
Interface with Program Managers to ensure milestones and commitments are met.
Develop hardware systems and subsystems, including COTS or custom computing hardware and electrical components.
Design installations for components into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters.
Plan, direct, review, and coordinate preparation of project documentation to ensure compliance with customer contracts and company requirements.
Prepare specifications, evaluate vendors, and analyze test reports.
