Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering test, debug, tech support, or relevant experience.
• Fundamental understanding of computer architecture and components is a plus.
• Strong soldering skills and knowledge of circuit boards.

Responsibilities

• Build, debug, test, repair, and upgrade computer prototypes (computers, servers, peripherals, programs, and software/firmware).
• Proficient in hand soldering.
• Assist engineers in the evaluation, design, and test of new electronic components.
• Document prototype construction and maintain engineering records.
• Write procedures and technical documents.
• Perform Lab Management responsibilities to maintain a clean and efficient lab.
• Materials management to inventory/track/ship materials.
• Use analytical thinking and problem‑solving to perform the above.
