Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Hardware Engineer with a strong understanding of networking and rack architecture.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on customers’ design and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineering on integration at the BOM level.
• Lead and manage production documentation including BOM validation.
