Work on advanced Single Board Computers (SBCs), FPGA/DSP carrier boards, sensor processing modules, and I/O products
Design next-generation hardware using Intel and ARM processors, DDR4/DDR5, FPGAs, MPSoCs, and RFSoCs
Develop high-speed digital architectures involving PCIe and multi-Gigabit Ethernet
Take technical ownership of complex hardware programs from architecture and design through board bring-up, validation, and production release

As a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical contributor and design authority for complex embedded hardware programs. You will design, develop, test, debug, and support advanced electronic systems while working with a high degree of independence. You will design digital hardware incorporating Intel and ARM-based processors, DDR memory, FPGAs, MPSoCs, and RFSoCs, along with high-speed interfaces such as DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, and multi-Gigabit Ethernet.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
7+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, embedded hardware design, or related electronics development
Strong experience with digital circuit design for complex embedded systems
Hands-on experience designing hardware incorporating Intel and/or ARM processors
Experience with FPGAs, MPSoCs, RFSoCs, or similar advanced processing devices
Experience designing high-speed interfaces such as DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, and multi-Gigabit Ethernet
Strong experience with schematic capture and circuit-board design
Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, validation, troubleshooting, and debug
Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimeters
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical deliverables
Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership on complex engineering efforts or technology areas
Experience with Mentor Expedition Dx or comparable schematic/layout tools
Experience with signal integrity analysis
Experience with design for manufacturability and production release
Experience designing ruggedized electronics for defense, aerospace, industrial, or other high-reliability applications
Experience with Embedded Linux
Experience with low-level software development using C/C++
Experience with system backplanes and I/O architectures
Experience supporting products through their complete lifecycle, including engineering changes and post-release troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve engineering productivity, decision-making, work quality, and cost efficiency, while critically evaluating AI-generated outputs
Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000
