Job summary
Honey Homes in San Francisco is hiring a full-time handyman/maintenance technician to service a dedicated territory of homes locally. The role offers steady hours, a competitive hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits, with no evenings or weekends required.
You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and smart home tasks, while keeping preventive maintenance schedules and delivering excellent customer service to homeowners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on multi-trade residential experience (handyman, maintenance, carpenter, remodeler, or similar).
- Skilled across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall with strong troubleshooting.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, own tools.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades.
- Keep home systems on preventive maintenance schedule for route homes.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build trust in customers' homes.
- Use the company app to track jobs and schedules.
