Job summary

Mr. Handyman of Roswell, Alpharetta and Cumming is seeking an experienced handyman to perform maintenance and repair work for residential and commercial clients. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes independence, reliable tools, and professional presentation. The position offers a company van and gas card, back-office scheduling, and an office team to support you.

Qualifications

• Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman
• Own your own tools
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle
• Complete a criminal background, driving record check and drug test
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance & repairs for home and commercial projects, with work ranging from two hours to two days
• Communicate with customers to explain what needs to be done and manage expectations about scope and costs
• Deliver a great experience to create life-long customers and follow the Mr. Handyman Way process
• Self-manage as you’ll often work alone and provide excellent customer service while requesting reviews and payments
• Use the necessary tools and technology, document the job following our process and wear PPE for protection
