Job summary

Mr. Handyman of Roswell, Alpharetta and Cumming is seeking an experienced handyman to perform maintenance and repair work for residential and commercial clients. You will manage customer expectations, document work, and deliver high-quality results while following the Mr. Handyman Way.

The role offers a company van, scheduling support, a dedicated office team, flexible hours, and modern tech tools including an iPad with full support. Prior experience and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Complete a criminal background, driving record check and drug test.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects; two hours to two days.
• Communicate with customers to manage scope and costs.
• Deliver a great experience to create life-long repeat customers.
• Work independently, often solo, and self-manage.
• Speak with customers, request reviews, and collect payments.
• Use technology and necessary tools; document the job per process.
• Wear PPE and booties to protect customers’ homes.
