Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) is seeking an experienced software engineer to customize, develop, and maintain the Guidewire suite. You’ll design, code, test, and implement solutions while supporting production and release activities.

The role requires strong Guidewire experience, Java/Gosu skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers. It is based in New Jersey with on-site work expectations and close collaboration with business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or Software Engineering is required.
• 6+ years professional development in Java (J2EE) or Gosu.
• 2+ years as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
• 5+ years development on Guidewire.
• 4+ years professional development with SQL using MS SQL Server.

Responsabilités

• Code and configure software applications to support internal business requirements.
• Participate in design, implementation and testing of Guidewire enhancements.
• Maintain SDLC artifacts, processes and standards.
• Provide production support and release management during go-live.
• Ensure unit testing and assist QA and UAT.
• Support offshore and junior developers with guidance and technical help.
• Align with SDLC processes and data/system integrity.
• Work on front-end and back-end development and APIs.
