Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Lead Guidewire professional to lead development and configuration of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter for multiple lines, with emphasis on cloud implementations and integration design. You will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter, including Cloud implementations.
• Strong experience supporting multiple lines of business such as Personal Auto, Home, Commercial Auto, BOP, or Workers’ Compensation.
• Advanced expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter configuration, integrations, and Guidewire data models.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Core Java, and Guidewire product model design and development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
