Job summary

CNA Insurance is seeking a senior-level Guidewire Cloud Architect to design, configure, integrate, and support complex Guidewire Cloud applications. You will lead solution design, configurations, and integrations using Cloud APIs, REST services, microservices, and vendor platforms while partnering with business, IT, architecture, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of systems analysis and application program development experience, of which 4 years of Guidewire implementation experience is must.
Experience with distributed teams including internal and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead designer for major, highly complex systems and subsystems, configuring and integrating vendor applications with CNA systems.
Provide advanced technical consultation across complex application development, performance engineering, testing, and production implementation.
Mentor staff and guide development and implementation processes.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and applications teams to resolve issues and drive solutions.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions aligned with CNA strategy.
Assist in vendor selection to meet strategic objectives.
Partner with Architecture to guide overall technology direction.
