Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Worldwide Technical Business Development team for Storage and Data Protection. You will own end-to-end GTM strategy, drive adoption and revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team across geographies.

You will define segmentation, plan demand generation, and collaborate with service teams, sales, and partners to influence product roadmaps and accelerate customer migrations to AWS storage and data protection solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leading large, matrixed teams.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, develop, and retain a world-class team of Technical Business Development specialists.
• Own and execute the worldwide GTM strategy for Storage and Data Protection.
• Define customer segmentation and develop targeted go-to-market plays for key workloads and industry verticals.
• Build and scale programs that drive customer adoption and accelerate migration from on-premises and competitive solutions.
• Partner with AWS service teams to influence product roadmaps by surfacing customer requirements and market trends.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with ISV, consulting, and SI partners.
• Establish metrics and deliver regular business reviews to senior leadership.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, customer success stories, and executive presentations.
