Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level III to repair and maintain motorized and non-motorized Ground Service Equipment for airline operations. The role involves advanced maintenance on a wide range of equipment and adherence to safety procedures.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a pay rate of $32 USD per hour. Candidates must have at least 6 years of verified experience, own tools, and be able to work various shifts including nights,

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
6 years of verified experience.
Must provide their own tools and toolbox.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically.

Responsibilities

Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluid and compressed air.
Log equipment numbers to be repaired with description of work to be done on each piece.
Inspect, Maintain, Troubleshoot, Replace, Repair, Overhaul or Modify engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues according to manufacturer guidelines.
Operate and test ground equipment for performance assessment.
Complete associated paperwork and track parts.
