Job summary

Word & Brown Companies is seeking a Senior S&P Analyst in Orange, CA to support strategic planning and program management. You will coordinate meetings, develop project plans, and synthesize growth research, ensuring progress and timely reports.

The role requires 5+ years of analyst experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication to engage stakeholders. Regular onsite and/or remote attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of analyst or project coordination experience.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope and coordination of Growth & Expansion meetings with agendas and action tracking.
• Develop and maintain Growth & Expansion project plans with schedules and follow-ups.
• Conduct Growth & Expansion research and synthesize findings.
• Monitor initiative progress; identify risks and propose alternatives.
• Create status reports and presentations for Growth & Expansion efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular onsite and/or remote attendance required.
