Senior Growth Strategist — Paid Media & Performance Creative
About Future Digital
Future Digital is a growth marketing partner for venture-backed consumer health, women’s health, wellness, family, and consumer brands. We work as an embedded extension of our clients’ teams across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and performance creative. We’re intentionally senior, hands-on, and focused on measurable growth, with lower client-to-strategist ratios and an AI-enabled, human-led approach.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Strategist to lead strategy and client relationships across a focused portfolio of paid media and performance creative accounts.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can turn data into clear growth decisions. You’ll own the strategic direction of your accounts, lead client conversations, and direct media and creative specialists on execution rather than spending your days inside the platforms yourself.
Our clients range from emerging startups to more established venture-backed brands, so you should be comfortable adapting strategy to different stages of growth, budgets, resources, and business priorities.
You should be able to look across media, creative, targeting, offers, landing pages, and business economics to understand what’s driving performance — and what should happen next.
This role will begin part-time , with the opportunity to grow as Future Digital and our client portfolio expand.
What You’ll Own
- Client growth strategy. Serve as the senior strategic lead for a focused portfolio of accounts, owning the client relationship and overall performance direction.
- Data into decisions. Translate performance into a clear story: what’s working, what isn’t, why, and what we should do next.
- Paid acquisition strategy. Guide channel mix, budgets, scaling decisions, testing priorities, and opportunities to expand into new channels.
- Performance creative direction. Partner with media buyers and creative strategists to identify winning concepts, creative fatigue, customer insights, and the next tests to run.
- Team direction. Guide specialists on execution, review the quality of the work, and ensure strategy translates into action.
- Growth problem-solving. Diagnose whether performance challenges stem from media, creative, targeting, offer, funnel, measurement, or broader business economics.
- Account expansion. Identify additional opportunities to drive client growth when there is a clear business case.
- AI-enabled workflows. Use AI thoughtfully to improve research, analysis, reporting, creative development, QA, and overall team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Deep understanding of paid media, particularly Meta, with experience across additional acquisition channels strongly valued
- Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategy to founders or senior marketing leaders
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and the role creative plays in paid media performance
- Ability to turn performance data into clear strategic recommendations and priorities
- Experience working with brands at different stages of growth and making smart decisions when budgets or resources are constrained
- Ability to direct specialists and maintain a high bar for both strategy and execution
- Strong communication, organization, and client-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Interested in a long-term role with a growing agency, beginning part-time with the potential to expand
Strongly Preferred
- Consumer/digital health, women’s health, family, DTC/eCommerce, or wellness CPG experience
- Prior growth or performance agency experience
- Experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube
- Performance creative or UGC strategy experience
- Experience with both early-stage startups and more established venture-backed brands
- Fluency using AI to improve the speed and quality of strategic and operational work
