Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the customer journey from first impression through purchase and beyond. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and leadership to ship high-impact funnels that move our growth goals while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

You will investigate customer needs across personas, navigate complex backend systems, and translate complexity into clear, trustworthy user experiences, reporting to the VP of Growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably consumer-facing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pull and interpret data.
• Proven track record delivering ambiguous problems to impact.
