LemFi is building a financial app for immigrants from the Global South, offering remittances, multi-currency accounts, and payments. The Growth Lead will drive expansion across France and Europe, sourcing influencers and partnerships, and lead grassroots campaigns to acquire users.

You will travel to European hubs, collaborate with marketing teams, and own growth targets with a strong data-driven approach to achieve ambitious KPIs.

Formación

• At least 5 years in growth, sales, or marketing in fast-paced environments.
• Strong data-driven mindset and proven ability to hit ambitious KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with remote, independent work.
