Job summary

Cello, a Europe-based remote-first company, is seeking a Growth/Marketing leader to own integrated demand generation and content programs that fuel pipeline. You will drive landmark campaigns, partner with product teams, and build influencer and affiliate initiatives to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with Stefan (CEO), Philipp (CoS), Andrea (content/SEO) and the sales team, leveraging a data‑driven, LLМ‑first approach to messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a high‑growth B2B software environment, owning a content, growth or demand generation function.
• LLM‑first mindset; comfortable with Claude and related tools.
• Proven track record running demand‑gen and content programs that generate pipeline, not just traffic.
• Excellent English with persuasive copy across formats.

Responsibilities

• Own and run integrated demand gen campaigns for key moments (product launches, events, funding announcements).
• Own and run flagship programs and content collaborations with B2B SaaS practitioners.
• Produce sales collateral and enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, success stories).
• Operationalise micro‑influencer program and track influencer‑attributed pipeline.
