Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Growth/Marketing leader in the United States to own market strategy, drive key KPIs, and manage budgeting across regional teams. You will shape GTM direction, mentor the local team, and collaborate with Product, PR, Community, CRM, and Paid media to accelerate user registrations and trading activity.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive experience in growth or product marketing, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
• Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
