The Senior Growth Lead role plays a key role for driving the growth of our Environmental Monitoring business. The role is focused on developing and executing growth initiatives focused on the introduction of new products and geographic expansion into new markets. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial champion with the ability to drive hands-on execution of commercial expansion and a track record of generating momentum with internal sales teams and distributors.

A successful candidate thrives in a global, cross-functional environment and partners closely with commercial and technical teams on fast-paced execution of product and commercial expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Development of Growth Strategies

• Develop growth strategies for Industrial Scientific’s Environmental Monitoring business
• Identify product gaps and new opportunities through market analysis, customer outreach, and the analysis of internal data
• Drive alignment on priorities and investment allocation to maximize growth results

Management of Growth Initiatives

• Define strategic growth initiatives, identify success metrics, and create action plans that support focused execution
• Initiate growth initiatives in partnership with commercial teams and oversee their execution
• Measure results, identify gaps and opportunities, and adjust execution plans as needed

Growth Execution Support

• Drive hand-on execution to generate market demand attending customer and industry events.
• Identify and build new distribution channel partnership and strengthen existing ones.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or growth-related roles
• 3+ years of strategy ownership for a product or commercial market
• Proven track-record of driving commercial acceleration initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product, customer, operational, and business performance data
• Experience in B2B environments with complex, safety-critical, or connected products and global stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence without authority
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 133,600.00 - 248,500.00.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
