Brew For Talent is seeking a growth-focused full-stack engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion, building a cohesive product surface for our PLG motion.
You’ll instrument funnels, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics while collaborating with data teams to verify hypotheses and iterate rapidly.
Hybrid Work Policy: San Francisco, CA or Bay Area (Hybrid)
Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, LLM APIs, Datadog, Vercel, React, Next.js, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Anthropic Claude API, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog
Equity: Competitive equity, details shared during the process.
You’ll write the code that turns developers discovering our platform into developers who can’t live without it. This is a full-stack engineering role pointed entirely at growth: you’ll own the signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experience, and you’ll be measured on the funnel metrics you move, not just the features you ship. You’ll instrument, experiment, build, and iterate on the product surfaces that drive our PLG motion. You’ll report to our VP of Revenue and Success and own real conversion outcomes from day one.
Is the easiest way to turn the web into data AI agents can use. One API call converts any URL into clean, LLM-ready markdown or structured data – the boring-hard problem everyone building with LLMs eventually hits, solved.
We hit 8 figures in ARR in year one and more than doubled it in year two. We have 147k+ GitHub stars, and developers, agents, and category-defining AI companies build on us every day. Growth like this is rare, and we’re just getting started.
We’re a small team punching far above our weight. Everyone here owns a real piece of the product and company, end to end, and runs it themselves – no hiding behind process or headcount.
This is a place for people who want to work at the frontier: an AI company building the infrastructure other AI companies run on, not one bolting AI onto an existing product. We move fast, go deep, and are building the tools superintelligence will rely on to gather data from the web.
We operate at an high level of urgency because the window for what we’re building won’t stay open forever. If you’ve felt what “scaling chaos” is like at a company growing fast from early revenue to real scale, you’ll feel right at home. If that excites you, keep reading. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings, but this role probably isn’t for you.
Built internal tooling that growth/product teams adopted.
