Job summary

HomeTrust Bank is seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee digital strategy, marketing ops, and creative direction. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across email, content, web, automation, and CRM to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Design, and Product, build repeatable systems, and manage a team including recruitment and training. A Bachelor’s in Marketing and 8+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Statistics, Writing, Design, Digital Communications, or related area.
8+ years of professional marketing experience.
Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub including landing pages, emails, workflows, and lists; willing to obtain certification.
Experience in advertising via Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ability to champion the HTB brand across channels and align with brand standards.
Understanding of data integrations and marketing automation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with marketing to determine an integrated strategy across digital channels.
Design and implement ROI-driven campaigns across email, web, ads, SEO, and CRM.
Set up tracking and dashboards to measure performance.
Own organic search strategy including keyword research and site architecture.
Monitor AI-driven search and ensure visibility across channels.
Build attribution reporting linking marketing to pipeline and revenue.
Lead website management and conversion optimization.
