EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. The Group Copy Supervisor will own concept and copy development across a diverse portfolio, coordinating with senior teams to deliver strategically aligned creative work for DTC campaigns.

The role requires 8+ years in copywriting, 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising, and a proven ability to translate science into patient-focused storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
• 8+ years of copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field; 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising.
• Branded and unbranded DTC pharmaceutical content experience; HCP writing a plus.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into social, digital, and patient-focused storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing social media and digital marketing work.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the creative team, owning concept and copy development on various projects.
• Multitask and delegate as appropriate to ensure seamless management of projects.
• Generate ideas while managing multiple projects.
• Serve as a liaison between creative and senior account team members, ensuring work meets strategic, business, and creative expectations.
• Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally.
• Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the copy team.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through development and bias management.
• All other duties as assigned.
