Qualifications

• Strong experience in green infrastructure design and construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead internal project teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design and green infrastructure projects from concept to construction documents and specifications.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and agency coordination to meet grant requirements.
• Develop and manage project work plans, budgets, and schedules; track progress and expenditures.
• Lead regular project meetings, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables.
• Supervise direct reports and coordinate with other TreePeople departments as needed.
