Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Sr GRC Software Developer to modify existing software and/or create new programs for GRC platforms. The role involves implementing new and existing GRC solutions to meet user and management needs.

The candidate will design, test, and deploy code, collaborate with users for requirements, and lead or support automation projects. Onsite office-based role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in software development.
• Experience with GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience with cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted applications (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, Openshift).

Summary

The Sr GRC Software Developer modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs within the GRC application space. Will be responsible for implementation of new and existing GRC platforms.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience supporting cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted applications, such (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS and Openshift).
• Experience with .NET/C#, or other object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, etc)
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience working in multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance both development and support roles.
• Experience in working on projects that involve business segments.
• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.

Compensation Range:

$57,000 - $113,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
