Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior GRC Security Lead to architect foundational security programs, including the Common Controls Framework. You will drive compliance across multiple frameworks and collaborate with various teams to ensure robust security.

The ideal candidate has significant experience building GRC programs, preferably in a high-growth technology environment and will be instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance and trust.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in GRC, Information Security, or closely related function.
• Hands-on experience building a GRC program at scale in a high-growth company.
• Expertise across SOC2, ISO27001, NISTCSF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Gong’s Common Controls Framework.
• Partner with Engineering to embed controls at the architecture level.
• Develop executive-level risk reporting cadences and dashboards.
