LHH in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst to lead an enterprise cybersecurity GRC program, combining PCI expertise with governance standards across the business. You will own program-level initiatives, collaborate with auditors and business teams, and implement controls, policies, and data governance to strengthen security posture.

Hybrid schedule in Tampa, with base salary around $135,000–$145,000, plus up to 10% annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in information security, governance, risk, or auditing.
• Experience owning or advancing an enterprise cybersecurity GRC program.
• Hands-on PCI compliance program experience.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, SOX, ITGC.
• Experience assessing third-party cybersecurity risk and recommending controls.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into practical business actions.
• Strong stakeholder influence without direct reporting authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
