Job summary

UW Credit Union is seeking an Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to maintain and improve UWCU's security posture. You will oversee policies, standards, and procedures, and coordinate third-party risk assessments to minimize cybersecurity risk across the organization.

Collaborating with legal, audit, accounting and loss prevention, you will implement a comprehensive information security compliance program aligned with CIS, NIST, and COBIT frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology field.
• 6–7 years in GRC, cybersecurity compliance, or related roles.
• Professional certifications (CISSP/CRISC/CISA or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Support audits and assess effectiveness of security controls.
• Develop and maintain information security governance programs.
• Lead third-party risk assessments and remediation activities.
