Job summary

Deltek in Chicago seeks a Senior GRC Analyst to support audit readiness, cloud security compliance, and risk management across SaaS and cloud environments. You will ensure controls are documented, measurable, monitored, and aligned with SOC 1/2, NIST, ISO, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, CIS, CSA CCM, and related standards, while coordinating evidence collection and remediation.

Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and IT, you will build GRC metrics and dashboards for leadership, manage PoA&Ms, and help

Qualifications

B.S. degree in Information Security, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent program.
3+ years supporting audits & compliance across common frameworks (SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST 800-53/171, ISO, FedRAMP, PCI DSS).
Experience with IT audit, IT risk management, cloud security & compliance in cloud environments.
Hold or actively pursue certifications like CISA, CISSP, CCSK/CCAK or major cloud security certs (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

Lead or support audits & assessments for cloud SaaS applications across frameworks (SOC, NIST, ISO, FedRAMP).
Coordinate scoping, evidence requests, control testing, issue tracking, remediation, and final report support.
Build & maintain GRC metrics & dashboards; present trends, remediation status, and control health to leadership.
Draft & maintain security policies, SSPs, control narratives, and evidence references.
Manage risk registers & PoA&M from identification through closure, including remediation planning.
