Job summary

Milani Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer, Print to shape key brand expression across retail, packaging, and the broader physical consumer experience.

This role is ideal for a conceptual, systems-minded designer who can translate creative and art direction into distinctive design, develop compelling merchandising and packaging concepts, and build thoughtful frameworks that create consistency across retailers, formats, categories, and environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant design experience with senior-level ownership across visual merchandising, retail, environmental, experiential, or integrated brand programs.
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable visual systems, not just individual executions.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual merchandising, retail design, and campaign/key artwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Art Director to develop and extend campaign key art across retail applications.
• Define Milani's evolving brand identity and translate it into a physical brand experience.
• Build scalable design systems across retailers, fixtures, categories, and launches.
