Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably with government.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Advance visual concepts for mission-critical communications across digital and print.
• Guide projects from strategy to final production within secure, policy-compliant standards.
• Translate complex data into clear, visually engaging graphics for diverse media.
• Present design concepts and rationale to enterprise stakeholders and leadership.
