Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a full-time, on-site Sr. Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to join our corporate team in Bryn Mawr, PA. The role involves brand management, digital and print collateral, and social media content creation for nationwide lines of business.

Requirement includes 10+ years in graphic design, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and a strong portfolio. Experience with print vendors, Google Analytics, and WordPress is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in graphic design for digital and print; web is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven visual design and layout for digital and print marketing collateral.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative solutions and technical skills for digital and print projects.
• Experience managing print vendors and preflight files.
• Continual professional development to stay current on design trends and tools.
• Ensure visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment across touchpoints.
• Excellent attention to detail, spelling and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Brand management and creation of digital and print marketing collateral for nationwide lines of business (B2B and B2C).
• Order and maintain marketing collateral and promotional items inventory for all offices.
• Maintain and organize digital and print design files.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and update social media content: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Project manage and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Track website performance through Google Analytics and manage Google Business Profile location.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
