Job summary

CJ Pony Parts is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects across digital and print, guiding junior designers and aligning work with brand objectives.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, print production knowledge, and the ability to manage timelines and collaborate with vendors in a fast-paced environment.

On-site in Pennsylvania or remote from anywhere in the US with strong self-management and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Art/Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of print production.
• Experience leading junior designers and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design digital artwork for website, email marketing, Google ads, social media, and other platforms.
• Create printed promotional materials for events, sponsorships, internal use, and other needs.
• Develop advertisements in various formats, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with photographers and designers on shoots and concepts.
• Prepare print files for internal and external distribution.
• Lead design projects, providing direction and feedback to junior designers.
• Contribute to design strategies that align with brand guidelines and goals.
• Review all design deliverables for creativity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset.
