Job summary

NODA AI in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communications across print, digital, experiential, and executive materials. You will partner with Integrated Marketing, Events, BD, Product, Engineering, Video, and Leadership to translate strategy, messaging, and technical capabilities into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency or in-house graphic design or related creative disciplines.
• Experience supporting Defense technology or government contracting.
• Portfolio demonstrating print, digital, web, motion, and executive communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Figma.
• Experience across print and digital ecosystem including large-format graphics and technical illustrations.
• Understanding of DoD/ Federal Civilian imagery language and government photography sources.
• Experience developing Section 508-compliant visuals and applying security safeguards.
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual communications translating messaging and technical concepts into assets for marketing, business development, and executive engagement.
• Produce high-quality assets across print and digital including collateral, presentations, advertising, brochures, social media, and environmental graphics.
• Apply corporate brand standards consistently across materials.
• Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences supporting campaigns and BD efforts with accessibility in mind.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and applicable government publishing requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into visuals for technical and government audiences.
• Create technical illustrations, architecture diagrams, maps, infographics, and data visuals.
• Respect government imagery language and security constraints in visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, Product, Engineering, Video, Recruiting, and Leadership to translate goals into visuals.
• Manage projects from concept to final production with quality and timely delivery.
• Edit/retouch photography and prepare production-ready files for print and digital formats.
• Maintain asset libraries, templates, and production workflows across concurrent projects.
