The ideal candidate is forward-thinking with strong design instincts, awareness of trends, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will collaborate with marketing to develop assets and maintain brand voice across FMI’s materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Experience designing for digital and print channels.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, and social media design best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual communications.
• Photography experience and photo-editing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute design projects across web, social media, email, publications, reports, presentations, and other marketing channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, strategize, and develop creative materials, including web pages, event presentations, brand collateral, and other marketing assets
• Conceptualize and produce engaging written, photographic, and video content aligned with FMI’s brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs
• Create polished pitch presentations and digital marketing materials that support FMI consultants and investment bankers
• Maintain brand consistency across creative materials by applying established brand guidelines and creating/updating templates in partnership with Brand/Creative Services Manager
