Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in design either in-house or at a creative agency.
• Proven leadership to lead projects with designers and writers; strong collaboration and communication.
• Strong ability to take feedback and translate insights into effective design solutions.
• Proficiency in design principles and ability to design in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Illustration and animation skills are preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in digital design.
