Job summary

Gale Hotels is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print campaigns across its real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. You will translate marketing objectives into compelling designs while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong project management, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Must have social media design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva a plus.
• Strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid portfolio with digital and print work.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop original visual assets for digital and print platforms.
• Lead visual concept development for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards and visual identity across all materials.
• Direct execution from concept through production to final deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
