Qualifications

• 7+ years of graphic design experience within apparel or fashion.
• Strong experience within surf, action sports, streetwear or lifestyle apparel preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, or related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating apparel graphics, illustration, typography, logos, prints, and placement graphics.
• Understanding of garment construction, printing techniques, and apparel production.
• Excellent typography, composition, color, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to translate trends into commercially relevant graphics while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach across Design, Merchandising, and Product Development.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 7+ years of apparel graphic design experience and a strong background in surf, action sports, or lifestyle brands. This individual will play a key role in developing original graphics, prints, and artwork that support seasonal collections and reflect the authenticity and aesthetic of our brands.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of surf culture and lifestyle graphics, combined with the ability to translate trends and brand direction into commercially relevant apparel.

How You’ll Contribute

• Conceptualize and create original apparel graphics, illustrations, logos, prints, and placement artwork.
• Develop seasonal graphic concepts that authentically reflect surf, action sports, and lifestyle culture.
• Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development to align graphics with seasonal collections and brand direction.
• Research and interpret surf, lifestyle, fashion, color, and graphic trends to develop fresh, commercially relevant concepts.
• Create production-ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and other apparel applications.
• Manage color separations, scale, placement, and technical execution of artwork.
• Participate in seasonal concept and creative reviews, contributing ideas and recommendations to the overall design direction.
• Maintain organized artwork, templates, graphic libraries, and seasonal archives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced apparel environment.

What You Bring to the Team

• 7+ years of graphic design experience within apparel or fashion.
• Strong experience within surf, action sports, streetwear or lifestyle apparel strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
