York Solutions, LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - Brand Experience on a contract basis. The role focuses on luxury brand design and end-to-end experience creation, from research to final brand guides, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio and experience with Health & Beauty or Apparel brands, plus collaboration across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for high end luxury brands, and Health & Beauty and/or Apparel brands.
• End-to-end design process including research (trend, user, mood boards) concept development (sketching, rendering, and technical specifications) and building design guides.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient to strong in Generative AI and emerging design technologies.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel and digital white-boarding tools (Miro).

Responsibilities

• Design for high end luxury brands and experiences.
• Lead end-to-end design process from research to design guides and final assets.
• Create sketches, renderings, mockups and specifications; incorporate feedback to refine concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling brand experiences.

Pay Range - $40- $55

Job Description:

Must have a strong portfolio.

• Experience designing for high end/luxury brands and experiences, especially any experience with Health & Beauty and/or Apparel Brands.
• Strong end-to-end design process including research (trend, user, mood boards, design direction) concept development (sketching, rendering, and technical specifications, mockups and building design guides), and incorporating feedback to refine and improve concepts
• Advanced proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficient to strong in Generative AI and emerging design technologies
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel) & Digital White-boarding Tools (Miro)
