Job summary

Uline is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead a variety of creative projects within our in-house Creative team at the Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin.

You will conceptualize layouts for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications, mentor designers, and drive brand integrity across departments. A strong portfolio and expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design principals in a B2B-related setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
• Partner with photography team on-set to execute creative direction and visual storytelling.
• Lead design updates and revisions in collaboration with Art Directors and stakeholders.
• Oversee creative projects as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Mentor and support print designers and interns to help deliver high-quality creative work.
