Job description

This is a freelance Senior Graphic Designer position for a maker who cares as much about the idea as the execution. At Blackstone, $102,000 - $146,000 buys a senior seat, but 7 years of Team Leadership buys you the ownership that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless
• Knead a clumsy stock photo into something that feels shot for Blackstone
• Audit existing creative for the autonomy-rich inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner
• Drive quality-obsessed content series from ideation to publication and promotion
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile
• Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point

What You'll Bring

• Comfort owning creative decisions in a CA market
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• A Fairfield network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
